The force of the strike knocked Elena backward as surrounding guests gasped in horror, watching expensive designer bags and sparkling accessories spill across the white tiled floor.

Elena clutched her burning cheek, weeping openly as she tried to gather her personal effects from the floor, firmly maintaining her innocence despite the matriarch's overwhelming public humiliation and ruthless framing attempt.
