"I have, Your Honor," Dr. Thorne said, adjusting his glasses. He opened a thick manila folder in front of him. "And the results are unambiguous. Exhibit 3A is a synthesized document created on a local workstation using a text editor. The metadata footer was manually typed to resemble a system export, but the underlying data contains structural anomalies—including the use of non-routable RFC 5737 IP addresses—that make it impossible for this file to have originated from a live banking or corporate ledger."

He paused, looking over at the prosecution table. "In short, the document was fabricated."

A sharp collective gasp echoed through the gallery.

Daniel Forsyth stood up slowly. His face was pale. "Your Honor, the prosecution was provided this documentation during the discovery phase by an internal informant within BrixTech. We acted in good faith based on the certifications provided to us."

"That may well be, Mr. Forsyth," Judge Hayes said, her voice dropping into a register that made the entire courtroom go cold. "However, the fact remains that a fraudulent document was submitted to this court as primary evidence in a federal criminal prosecution."

She turned her eyes to Victor Crane, who sat motionless behind the prosecution table.

"I am dismissing all charges against Mr. Brickley with prejudice," Judge Hayes announced, the sharp strike of her gavel cutting through the room like thunder. "Furthermore, I am referring the matter of Exhibit 3A to the United States Attorney's Office and the Georgia State Bar for a full criminal investigation into evidence tampering and obstruction of justice."

The courtroom exploded. Photographers' flashes went off near the rear doors, reporters scrambled for the exit, and spectators spilled into the aisles.
