"No, Marcus," Clara said, finally turning to look her ex-husband in the eyes. The absolute panic in his face was everything she had worked for. "I didn't hack anything. You used our children’s birthdays as your password. And you left the laptop on the kitchen island while you were sleeping with your assistant."

The gallery erupted. The judge banged his gavel.

"Furthermore," Clara continued, raising her voice over the noise. "I have security footage from outside this courthouse today, clearly showing Officer Miller assaulting me. And I have the phone records—subpoenaed yesterday—showing a five-minute phone call between Mr. Vance's office and Officer Miller's personal cell phone just twenty minutes before I arrived."

The courtroom descended into absolute chaos.

Richard Vance scrambled back from the table as if it were on fire. "I—I had no knowledge of that call! My paralegal made it!" he stammered, throwing his own team under the bus in sheer panic.

Officer Miller, realizing his career was over and he was facing federal charges, quietly tried to slip out the back doors, only to be stopped by two court marshals on the judge's unspoken signal.

"Mr. Hayes," Judge Harrison’s voice thundered, vibrating the wood of the bench. "Did you or your legal counsel instruct courthouse security to physically bar your wife from attending this hearing?"

"No! She's lying! She's a psychotic bitch!" Marcus screamed, finally dropping the polished billionaire act. He slammed his fists on the table, his face red with unhinged rage. "I made you! You were nothing before me! You're just a pathetic housewife!"

"I am a lawyer," Clara corrected him, her voice ice-cold. "And I just dismantled your entire life in fifteen minutes."

She pulled one final document from her briefcase. "Your Honor, based on the evidence of extreme financial fraud and the aggressive outburst you just witnessed, I am requesting immediate emergency custody of my children and a freeze on Marcus Hayes' passport. I also believe the District Attorney will be very interested in Exhibit C: the offshore accounts in the Cayman Islands used to evade federal taxes for the last four years."

Marcus’s legs gave out. He collapsed into his chair, burying his face in his hands. He knew it was over. He hadn't just lost the divorce; he was going to prison.

The judge didn't hesitate. "Motions granted. Mr. Vance, you are under investigation by the state bar. Mr. Hayes, you are ordered to surrender your passport to the bailiff immediately. We will reconvene on Monday for the criminal referrals."

The hearing ended, but nobody moved. They were all frozen, processing the absolute masterclass they had just witnessed.
