PART 1
The Monaco yacht party went silent the moment champagne hit my face.
SPLASH.
Cold bubbles ran down my cheeks, soaked into my simple silk dress, and dripped onto the polished deck beneath the golden night lights.
The influencer laughed.
Her phone was still raised.
Thousands of viewers were watching live as she turned my humiliation into entertainment.
“You filthy nobody,” she sneered. “You ruined my million-view shot.”
The rich guests around her laughed along, champagne glasses glittering in their hands. Some pointed their phones at me. Some whispered that I should leave before I embarrassed myself further.
Then she stepped closer, grabbed the delicate silk near my waist, and yanked hard.
RIP.
The fabric tore.
Gasps spread across the deck.
But she only smiled wider, feeding on every second of my silence.
“Look at her,” she laughed into the livestream. “Girls like this should never be allowed near luxury.”
I slowly wiped the champagne from my face.
I didn’t cry.
I didn’t explain.
I simply stood beneath the Monaco moonlight, calm enough to make her smile begin to shake.
Because she didn’t know this yacht was part of the European Fleet.
She didn’t know every vessel in this harbor answered to one controlling shareholder.
And she definitely didn’t know the “plain girl” she had just mocked was the woman who held that power.
Then the captain of the European Fleet walked toward us.
The influencer lifted her chin, expecting him to throw me out.
Instead, he dropped to one knee in front of me.
The entire deck froze.
He removed his formal coat and placed it over my shoulders.
Then he turned to security and said coldly:
“Shut down the livestream and confiscate her family’s yacht. She just insulted the controlling shareholder of this fleet.”
PART 2
The influencer’s hand froze around her phone.
