The Heavyweight’s face turned a violent shade of red. The embarrassment of watching his reigning champion dismantled in a fraction of a second completely shattered his composure. With a furious, guttural roar, he stepped over his unconscious partner. His massive, bear-like frame seemed to block out the overhead lights, casting a long, monstrous shadow across the fighting surface. The tight camo-green rash guard stretched to its absolute limit across his broad chest as he cracked his knuckles, preparing to use his overwhelming size to crush the anomaly standing before him.
He charged. Unlike the flashy, showboating style of his predecessor, the Heavyweight moved like a runaway freight train. He lowered his thick shoulders, attempting to tackle her directly into the rusted chain-link perimeter. The heavy thud of his boots shook the concrete floor.
Once again, she embraced the stillness. She waited until the massive mountain of camo-green was inches away. Instead of meeting his force, she used it. She sidestepped with surgical precision, grabbing the thick fabric of his rash guard at the shoulder and the back of the neck. Using his own massive, unstoppable momentum against him, she violently redirected his path.
The Heavyweight crashed headfirst into the rusted iron fence with a sickening CRUNCH. The entire cage rattled violently on its hinges, the impact sending a shower of loose rust and dust cascading down through the hazy neon light. He bounced off the metal, completely disoriented, swinging his heavy arms blindly into the empty air while she stood perfectly balanced just two feet away, ready to dismantle him piece by piece.
