The Heavyweight staggered away from the rusted chain-link fence, his massive, bear-like frame swaying unsteadily. The camo-green rash guard was now plastered to his skin with cold sweat. He shook his head, scattering droplets of sweat into the hazy, neon-lit air, trying desperately to clear his blurred vision.

He never got the chance.

The woman in the dark crimson crop top did not wait for him to recover. Her fighting style was entirely devoid of theatricality; it was pure, lethal efficiency. As the giant lumbered forward with his hands dropping just an inch too low, she launched her counter-assault. Moving with the blinding speed of a coiled spring snapping loose, she delivered a brutal, snapping low kick. Her black combat boot slammed directly into the side of his left knee.

A sickening pop echoed through the silent warehouse. The Heavyweight let out a ragged gasp as his leg buckled inward, unable to support his immense weight. He dropped heavily to one knee, inadvertently bringing his thick, bearded face perfectly into her strike zone.

Using the momentum from her kick, she planted her foot and spun completely around. Her braided cornrows whipped through the air as she drove a devastating spinning back elbow straight into his jaw. The impact was bone-shattering. The Heavyweight’s eyes immediately rolled back into his skull. His massive arms went entirely limp, and he collapsed face-first onto the cracked concrete, the ground trembling slightly beneath his weight. He came to a rest just inches away from the Cocky Fighter in the metallic silver shorts.
